Created company (owned by Baker Junior College) to develop training programs and consulting services. Activities include: the design and operation of training programs, facilitation of union/management offsites, quality worklife activities, long-range planning, program design and evaluation, proposal writing and marketing of training materials.

Responsible for providing vocational counseling service to adults. Also directed small business consulting service in cooperation with Federal Small Business Administration. Developed special training programs to help meet the needs of local business and industry.

Responsible for industrial counseling and testing service for IMA associated factories. Directed centralized apprentice-testing  services for local General Motors plants. Administrator of college scholarships programs. Worked with local educational institutions to develop curriculum for industrial training programs.
